Step 1: Choose your path

ITT PILATES has several options for students to choose from. You can start with our Foundation Training first and then decide if you want to become Mat certified, Reformer certified, Mat & Reformer Certified or go for the Full Comprehensive Certification.  You may also choose to take individual trainings and continuing education workshops at your own pace. If you started your training with another organization, we have a Bridge program that will honor your past learning and hours of work toward an ITT Pilates Certification.

Step 2: Contact Us with your questions.

If you have any questions about our training, workshops, or where to start, please send us an email and get your questions answered. We will do our best to get back to your right away. We love to hear from all our students, and we strive to help each student find their path in becoming a Pilates instructor.

Be sure to check out our FAQ page to get quick answers.

Step 3: Check your calendar

Courses are held on weekends with some additional movement labs on weeknights. Please check our Program Dates to make sure they work in your schedule.

Step 4: Register Early and Purchase your student materials in advance

Each course has required materials to enhance your learning experience. You can start learning before your training begins!

Foundation Training:

Purchase Trail Guide to the Body, by Andrew Biel, 4th edition or later, and Anatomy of Movement, by Blandine Calais-Germainas, as soon as you can. Get a head start on your required reading. All students need to read the following pages in these books BEFORE they start with the Anatomy & Core Foundation Course.

Mat, Reformer, and Comprehensive Training Programs:

We have exceptional Online Training Videos to make it easy for students to study at home and deepen their understanding before, during and after the training. Each module has a required series of videos for self-study. Purchase your videos in advance and you’ll be more prepared for your training weekends!
