Step 1: Choose your path

ITT PILATES has several options for students to choose from. You can start with our Foundation Training first and then decide if you want to become Mat certified, Reformer certified, Mat & Reformer Certified or go for the Full Comprehensive Certification.  You may also choose to take individual trainings and continuing education workshops at your own pace. If you started your training with another organization, we have a Bridge program that will honor your past learning and hours of work toward an ITT Pilates Certification.

Step 2: Contact Us with your questions.

If you have any questions about our training, workshops, or where to start, please send us an email and get your questions answered. We will do our best to get back to your right away. We love to hear from all our students, and we strive to help each student find their path in becoming a Pilates instructor.

Step 3: Check your calendar

Courses are held on weekends with some additional movement labs on weeknights. Please check our Program Dates to make sure they work in your schedule.

Step 4: Register early to take advantage of discounts

We have an early bird price on all our programs. In addition, we offer more discounts to students who register within one week of contacting us. Inquire for more details!.

Step 5: Purchase your student materials in advance

Each course has required materials to enhance your learning experience.

The Foundation Training uses two anatomy books, which students must purchase and read before the course meets. We recommend you purchase Trail Guide to the Body, by Andrew Biel and Anatomy of Movement, by Blandine Calais-Germainas, soon as you can and get a head start on your reading. We ask all students to read the following pages in these books before they start the Anatomy & Core Dynamics course.

We require students to purchase our ITT Pilates Manuals and Online Instructional Videos for all our ITT Pilates training courses. These materials can be found on our course materials page or on the description page of each training.

Our ITT PILATES instructional videos are designed to enhance our students' learning process while going through the ITT PILATES Teacher Training program.
