ITT PILATES Programs

Each one of our programs is grounded in anatomy and stems from the ITT Pilates Essential Exercises. Decide which path is right for you. Courses are scheduled on weekends, with Teaching Labs scheduled on weeknights. Depending on which program you choose, plan on spending a minimum of 5-10 hours per week, in addition to the weekend intensives, in order to practice the material and complete the required hours for the Final exam.

Students are encouraged to use our Home Studio, A Body of Work, for their self-practice hours, student teaching hours and observation hours, all included in the price of the program.

Choose Your Path

No matter what path you choose, the Foundation of our training begins with Anatomy & Core Dynamics. This course will give you an introduction to anatomy and how we find our inner core muscles. You will learn why it is so important for movement instructors to guide the body in healthy movement patterns.
