ITT PILATES Reformer Training
Some students already have their Mat Training from another institution and/or want to go directly to Reformer Training after completing the prerequisite Foundation Courses.
The Reformer is the centerpiece of any Pilates studio and an essential tool for strength and flexibility training. Learn how to teach Reformer exercises appropriate for all levels of movers, from beginner to intermediate/advanced, from injury prevention and to post-rehabilitation. The ITT Pilates method always includes dynamic assessments, verbal and tactile cueing, and program design to correct impaired movement patterns. The goal is to provide you with a program that develops excellent teaching skills and the confidence to become employed as a Pilates Reformer instructor. Learn more.
